History and recovery

#Mission history

Open Progress → Activity → Mission history. It records tasks, attempts, agent reports, reviews, and recovery. Search titles, reports, and details with or without accents. Show earlier events loads more; View task, View reviews, and Open terminal open relevant actions.

History begins with the version that introduced it and does not invent earlier events. Agents can query their own mission through cockpit_history or cockpit-agent history [search].

#After an interruption

  • Agents run in a separate session service. Restarting Cockpit's server preserves terminals and history; the mission returns paused until you resume it.
  • Dispatches, deliveries, and review decisions record intent before updating multiple files. On startup, Cockpit completes interrupted operations without repeating work or creating new evidence.
  • Recovered deliveries still await review: recovery is not approval.
  • Unrecoverable operations appear in Activity, with details and Retry recovery.
  • Results arriving after an attempt ends are preserved as Late result preserved without changing the task.

#Permissions

Each agent session has its own credential bound to a mission and panel. Agents read only their own mission and report only their own attempts. Only Maestro delegates. Maestro, Reviewer, Verifier, and Security may review others' work, never their own. Agent credentials grant neither settings access nor the user's operations channel. See Activity → Team tools → Agent communication permissions.

#Slow connections

If a browser cannot keep up, only that connection closes. It reconnects and receives current state plus recent terminal output. Agents keep working.
