Usage

Personal assistant and Telegram

The Personal assistant (top bar, or Alt+O) helps you make decisions and follow each project with your chosen AI. Maestro and the team still carry out the work.

#Get started

  1. Open Personal assistant → Configuration → My AI connection and choose an existing connection and model. Connect FreeLLMAPI or another AI adds one: paste a key and test. Testing lists models without paid text generation.
  2. Ask about the project in Conversation.
  3. Save preferences and decisions in Project memory, up to 3,000 characters, shared across missions in the same folder.

#What it can see

Each query includes the mission objective, titles and states of up to 50 tasks, up to 20 alerts, status of up to 30 agents, the last eight conversation messages, and project memory. Files, raw terminal output, and keys are not sent. Responses are suggestions; copy them into a Maestro request to act.

#Needs attention

Collects blockers, deliveries awaiting review, and recoverable failures, even without an AI connection. Optional automatic summaries are off by default, run only for active missions, and avoid repeated queries when nothing changes. Generate summary now refreshes explicitly.

#Telegram

Under Channels:

  1. Create your own bot with @BotFather and paste its token, stored encrypted.
  2. Open the pairing link (single-use, ten-minute expiry) and tap Start in Telegram.
  3. Enable Receive notifications for this project for completion, pending reviews, blockers, failures, and requests for replies, without AI.
  4. Optionally enable Chat with my AI through Telegram. /projetos, /projeto 1, and /status queries work without AI.

Telegram uses outbound connections only. Cockpit does not need public internet exposure, but its computer must stay on and online.

With TypeSafe connected for the mission, Compare alternatives with JEV compares two to six options. Confidence is an estimate, not proof of a correct choice.

#Other assistants

The assistant offers a local read-only MCP connection for mission state, events, and memory, using a revocable credential. Open Hermes Desktop and connect installs through Hermes' official link; download configuration for other MCP clients. Revoke external access invalidates the credential immediately.
